I’m a local girl who’s finally combined my love of Devon with my passion for caring for animals.

I created this little business with big goals: to make sure your pets are looked after while you’re busy or away, and to give dogs fun and adventure!

​

It's just lovely to get home after a long day and know your pet has had some joy and mental stimulation in their day! I also know it is stressful when going away, you worry about your animals and whether they are getting the best care, I am here to put your mind at ease and send you updates while you enjoy your time away.

A BIT ABOUT MY BACKGROUND WITH ANIMALS

I used to volunteer in the dog area at my local RSPCA where I worked with a huge mix of dogs over the years, some nervous ones who need patience and confidence building, some high energy working dogs that did not cope well in a shelter environment, also many reactive dogs - I even ended up with 2 reactive shelter dogs of my own who taught me so much.

Other pets were sick and owners could not afford the vet treatment and some arrived because their owner/s had passed away - that scenario always broke my heart.

I eventually gained employment in the cattery area (funny, as I was never a cat person)!

It soon became clear that I adored cats and wanted to save them all, I was promoted to Cattery Manager which also included managing the small-animal areas, so I’ve got plenty of hands-on experience with cats, rabbits, ferrets and more.

Cat behaviour is something I really got into and would like to take further and that really excites me!

I’ve worked in high-end kennel/cattery and a pet supply store where I excelled in pet food and actually taught puppy classes weekly, and somewhere in there I started my pet photography business where I spent eight years photographing pets, this gave me a front-row seat to all kinds of behaviours, quirks, and challenges and I adored providing pet owners with furrrrever memories that I had created.

All of that is why my business is built on more than “just a walk” or "just a quick feed and clean".

When I am caring for your pets in your home I want to be able to give them love, a bit of fun and plenty of time.

I’m trained in pet first aid, with advanced courses and qualifications on the way. I take your pet’s wellbeing seriously.

​​

Whether it’s walking, pet sitting, house sitting, or caring for your smaller pets, I bring calm confidence, proper experience, and a lot of heart. Your animals will be safe, enriched, and understood and you’ll always know exactly how their day went.
